Manage Change in business organizations

This 5-days seminar is designed for executives who are working in complex environments and need to manage change in their organizations. This unique experience stimulates transformation of participants guiding them into a learning journey in change management. The seminar also include “seeing is believing” sessions, which facilitate assimilation and integration of new information.  

The training aims to:

  • Make participants aware of the existence of new and effective methods of change management for their organization

  • Help them revisit, challenge and improve their strategy

  • Convince them that it is possible to create a culture of innovation in their company
Content of the Workshop
Company visits and workshops

The programme is structured on interactive and intuitive learning experience, which is based on a combination of:

  • Powerful learning sessions with innovative, leading-edge companies; visits of several companies, and interviews of key managers about the best practices within these companies (1 or 2 topics about quality management per visit).

  • Team building, change management, innovation and customer service, process optimisation, development of a shared vision and goals, empowerment and leadership.  
  • Workshops about key success factors of teamwork: development of a compelling and shared vision, development of coaching and empowerment skills of managers, enhancement of team synergy and effectiveness.  
Team building: a powerful experience  

The learning programme been designed for a group of 12 executives only, in order to maximize group learning and interaction.  Active participation of all group members enables them to apply the new knowledge more rapidly and deeply into their workplace.

During the seminar, unique experiences (including visit to several organizations, outdoor activities and team building exercises) stimulate transformation of the team by facilitating the change in the individual perspective, which allows for assimilation and integration of new information.
