This document presents a high level picture of the leading quality projects and organizations active across Europe and within each European Union Member State. It provides organizational profiles and contact details for: governmental and semi-governmental agencies, industry bodies, trade associations, quality promotion organizations, educational institutions and other operators in the quality arena. It has been compiled and designed to be used as a first level information resource, to encourage contact and networking between the various players, and to point those seeking advice and further information in the right direction. It sets out the landscape, not a detailed route map.
