It is time for another webinar about European Quality Trademark, EQTM.

Various certificates, quality marks, technical specifications and many other acknowledgements have already been established. Some of them covering specific, narrower fields of management and business process. However, the EQTM deals with comprehensive information and relations between business partners.

The EQTM acknowledgement is awarded for a product / family of products, however not only to the quality of the product, but also to other requirements that must be met by both the product and the company. Among the ten criteria for obtaining EQTM recognition are :

-the European origin of the product,

-positive business results,

-compatibility with technical standards,

-ensuring environmental and safety conditions,

-implemented and certified quality management system,

-fulfilment of contractual and financial obligations and

-achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

EQTM is not just another additional quality certificate. EQTM proves the long-term stability of the company and compliance with all contractual obligations and is the only such comprehensive recognition at the European level. EQTM is not only a tool of the quality service, it is also relating to marketing and sales.
