EOQ cordially invites you to a webinar on 21 April at 11:00 CET where we will learn all about a recent survey by CQI :
At the end of March, the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), UK National Representative member of EOQ, released the headlines from its 2021-22 Workforce Insights research. Conducted with an independent research agency, Enventure Research, the research set out to gain insight into:
• The ‘talent pipeline’ of people joining the profession, including entry routes, challenges and opportunities, and career pathways
• Skills gaps and opportunities facing employers of quality professionals
• The quality profession’s view of how quality management is perceived in their organisations
Nearly 3,000 quality and management systems audit professionals from 117 countries, and 30 different industries responded.
In this webinar, we will look in more depth at perceptions of quality and how challenging misconceptions, raising awareness, and describing the tangible benefits can promote the practice and professionalism of quality.
For all EOQ members who would like to (re)view this CQI Workforce INSIGHTS webinar, here is the link to the recording.
