Organizational Structure

EOQ is an autonomous, non-profit making association under Belgian law. The EOQ performs, in an independent manner, a non-political activity, without financial gain and of scientific nature. EOQ is the coordinating body and catalyst of its National Representative Organizations (NR's).

General Assembly

The EOQ General Assembly is the ultimate decision making body of the organization, composed of one representative from each National Representative organization and the members of the Executive Board.

EOQ is acting as a worldwide leader in the development and management of quality in its widest sense, and as a key influencer in education in the field of quality in its broadest sense.

Executive Board

The EOQ Executive Board is responsible for running the affairs of the EOQ. The president and the EOQ Executive Board are elected from the GA members. The EOQ President is the Chairperson of the General Assembly and the Executive Board, elected each 3 years.

Program Manager

The Program Manager is responsible for the organisation of EOQ’s daily business and for implementing the EOQ strategy, as agreed in consultation with the President and as directed by the General Assembly and the Executive Board.
